I am a multi-tasking powerhouse with creative resources and partnerships to make your wedding unique and priceless. It's my pleasure to assist you in finding the perfect match for your needs. You don't have to be consumed by the Big Biz that weddings have become, and you can count on me to bring your wedding together and make sure all aspects run smoothly.

A Bride's Budget
Eirlys can work within a variety of budgets, and her rates are competitive. Depending on the size and scope of your guest list and event requirements, Eirlys can work with you to accommodate your needs and budget.
Head Over Heels can help at any stage:
- Facilitate with a one-time consultation to develop a "blueprint" guide and provide you with a list of trustworthy, talented vendors; or contract us on a freelance basis (to scout out a location, advise on catering firms, florists, etc.) at an hourly rate.
- Day-of coordination includes a detailed wedding agenda, your rehearsal, 12 hour day-of coordination of all event elements, vendors, guests, activities, and any necessary follow-up, and ranges from $800 - $1000 depending on the size and scope of your wedding coordination needs.
- The Final Daze Coordination includes all of the above but begins at six weeks before your wedding and also includes private consultations on various aspects of your wedding, a meeting at your ceremony location, and pre-wedding vendor coordination and confirmation. This service starts at $1500 depending on the size and scope of your wedding coordination needs.
- The "Soup-To-Nuts" plan which includes everything from start to finish, starting at $2500 or based on 10% of your budget depending on the size and scope of your wedding coordination needs.
